Your account settings live in the profile area of the dashboard. Everything that affects how you sign in and how your account is protected is in one place. Here is what you can manage and how.
Update your email or display name
Open your profile settings to change the email on your account or the name we show you. If you change your email, confirm it from the verification link we send so you do not get locked out.
Change your password
In your security settings you can set a new password at any time. Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse anywhere else. Forgot the current one? Use the reset link on the sign-in page and we will email you a way back in.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Two-factor adds a second step when you sign in, so a password alone is not enough to reach your account. It is not required, but we strongly recommend switching it on from your security settings.
Notifications
Choose which updates you want to receive in your notification settings, so you hear about the things that matter to you and nothing you do not.
Your data and deleting your account
You stay in control of your account and your data. You can request account deletion from your settings. Our privacy policy explains what we store and why.
We never ask for your channel password
To run an order we only need the public link to your channel, stream, or post. We never ask for your Twitch, YouTube, or other platform password, and we never post or message on your behalf. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a platform password, it is not us. Keep your account safe and tell us right away.
