Plans change, and sometimes an order does not go the way you expected. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work, so you always know where your money stands.
Cancelling an order
Orders that support cancellation can be stopped from the order page. When you cancel, the amount for any undelivered quantity is refunded to your original payment method. The order page tells you whether cancellation is available before you commit.
Partial delivery
If an order only partly delivers, the shortfall is refunded to your original payment method automatically. You only ever pay for what actually arrived. You do not need to ask for this; it happens on its own.
Where refunds go
Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout. You do not need to do anything to receive them.
Payment issues
If your question is about a payment rather than an order, for example a charge you do not recognise, contact us. Payment refunds are handled through Stripe, the provider that processes our checkout.
When an order cannot be cancelled
Some orders complete too quickly to cancel, and a few services do not support stopping mid-delivery. The order page always shows whether cancel is available, so you are never left guessing. If you are unsure, reach out and we will take a look with you.
