Order Statuses Explained

Every order moves through a few clear statuses. Here is what each one means and what to do next.

You sign in, pick a growth service, paste the link to your video, channel, or profile, choose a quantity, and pay at checkout. From there your order is given a status that updates on its own as delivery progresses. You never have to refresh the page or ask us where things stand. This article explains each status you might see and what, if anything, you need to do.

How delivery works

Delivery is controlled and gradual on purpose. It is not instant. Once an order starts, the delivered count climbs from the starting count toward the quantity you ordered, paced over time. How long that takes varies by service and quantity. This steady pace is part of how we keep delivery clean and natural.

The statuses you will see

  • Pending: we have received your order and it is queued, getting ready to start.
  • In progress: delivery is running. The delivered count climbs gradually from the starting count toward the quantity you ordered. This is paced on purpose, not instant.
  • Completed: the full quantity was delivered. Nothing more to do.
  • Partial: only part of the quantity was delivered. The shortfall, meaning the part not delivered, is refunded to your original payment method automatically.
  • Cancelled: the order was stopped before finishing. The amount for the undelivered part is refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunded: payment for the order was returned to your original payment method.
  • Failed: the order could not be delivered. You are not charged for anything that did not deliver, and that amount is refunded to your original payment method.
  • Needs review: occasionally an order needs a quick manual check by our team before it continues. You do not need to do anything. We look at it and move it forward.

Track progress and what you were charged

Each order shows useful detail you can read at any time. You can see the starting count from when delivery began, how many remain against the quantity you ordered, and any amount that was refunded. Together these let you follow progress and confirm exactly what you were charged. You pay for each order at checkout in US dollars, and any refund goes back to your original payment method.

If something looks off

Open the order and read the status. If it sits in one state longer than you expect, or you are not sure what you are seeing, open a support ticket from your dashboard or contact us. We can look at the order with you. Worried about partial or failed orders and refunds? Refunds and cancellations explains how refunds come back.

Quick answers

Common questions

Why is my order still pending?

Pending means we have received your order and it is queued, getting ready to start. Delivery is controlled and paced, so it moves to in progress and then climbs gradually toward the quantity you ordered.

What happens if my order only partly delivers?

The shortfall, meaning the part that was not delivered, is refunded to your original payment method automatically. You only pay for what was delivered.

Does my order get delivered instantly?

No. Delivery is controlled and gradual on purpose. The delivered count climbs from the starting count toward the quantity you ordered, and the timing varies by service and quantity.

What does needs review mean?

Occasionally an order needs a quick manual check by our team before it continues. You do not need to do anything. We look at it and move it forward.
